POSITION SUCCESS CRITERIA:
Safety-minded production Kitchen assistants for cannabis product processing. Working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Holds a valid Food Service Manager certificate. Follows good manufacturing practices at all times.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials.
- Perform general maintenance of equipment, tools and workspace
- Clean glassware
- Clean sensitive equipment
- Work at a fast pace in a high production environment.
- Operate technical machinery
- Use spreadsheets and email
- Perform setup and cleanup tasks
- Preparing Kitchen equipment and tools
- Cleaning and maintenance of Kitchen equipment and facility
- Maintaining strict inventory records of all product and equipment used in the Kitchen
- Washing and sterilizing laboratory and kitchen glassware.
- Performing clerical work related to Kitchen activities such as record keeping
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Submit to a Federal and State background check
- Meet the requirements delineated by the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission (MMCC) for agent employment
- Submit to a drug screen
- Must have reliable transportation
