Preschool Teacher

Kinder Haus Montessori in Mandeville, voted the BEST Preschool and the BEST Childcare for the last six years, is seeking an enthusiastic Aftercare Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate for aftercare will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our extended care students. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom activities, supervising children during play time, cleaning the classroom at the end of the day, and helping with closing tasks. This is a part-time position, perfect for those who are passionate about early childhood education and wanting to learn more. We provide hands on training, additional professional training hours, and valuable knowledge regarding the Montessori method of childcare. Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged students is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Montessori educational strategies is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proficiency in working as a team player
