We have an exciting opportunity in our Corporate Accounting Team for a Staff Accountant reporting to the Assistant Controller. This role will be responsible for timely recording of all cash activity, corporate card administration, proper recording of expenses reports, and various month end entries, such as leases, prepaids and AP accruals. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with many departments within Kindeva and external business partners.Primary ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze and research activity for all corporate bank accounts to ensure accurate monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts Corporate card administration Travel and Entertainment expenses management Monthly recording of lease entriesMonthly recording of AP accruals Management of prepaid expensesEnsure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close activitiesMonthly VAT reporting Establish and monitor the implementation and ongoing adherence and improvement of accounting control procedures and documentationParticipate in the financial audit and preparation of required audit support schedulesAd hoc projects as neededQualifications And ExperienceB.S./B.A. in Accounting2 – 4 years of experience in accountingFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferredPrior experience in cash management a plus Intermediate MS Excel, Word and Outlook Must be detailed, highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize with good time management
