Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, optimizes patient medication therapy by providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to patients in the critical care areas. Works collaboratively with the health care team to accomplish goals.

One year of clinical pharmacotherapy experience preferred in area of specialty. For example, critical care, adult medicine, cardiology, etc.
