Nurse Practitioner

• As our Full -Time Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Easton, MD to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for their PM&R and pain management needs.
• You will be responsible for PM&R throughout the SNF and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level.
• Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families as well as preventative care.
• The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.
