Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Representative located in Appleton, WI. The Patient Representative will be responsible for interacting with patients, ensuring they understand how to use their medical equipment, and providing ongoing support. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, explaining medical terminology, handling customer service inquiries, and assisting with the setup of medical equipment. The representative will also ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Typing skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education in a related field is a plus
