Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you will lead and oversee the daily operations of our collision center, ensuring profitability and efficiency across multiple departments. You will be responsible for P&L management, staff development, customer satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality repairs that align with our company standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and forecast goals for estimators, technicians, and service teams
- Full responsibility for center profitability, budgets, and staff oversight
- Ensure compliance with KPIs, training, and company procedures
- Foster strong relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors
- Oversee repair processes, ensuring safety and quality control
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors preferred
- 3 years of management experience in the collision repair industry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid Drivers License
