Sales Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively while promoting our products.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Process transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring efficient cash handling.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively inform customers.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure an appealing store presentation.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Experience in retail sales or similar environments is preferred.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently to engage customers.
• Experience with DocuSign & Xactimate
• Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
