Marketing Project Coordinator
Job Overview: The Project Coordinator ensures the efficient and timely project management, production, tracking, fulfillment and distribution of all marketing materials and assets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Gathering data on campaign success, often through collecting audience feedback
- Creating detailed and visually appealing graphs and present them to key decision-makers
- Assisting with the setup, facilitation and completion of marketing events by managing all marketing material requests through our project management software
- Coordinates that all art, copy materials and videos are developed by staff, are being submitted in agreed time to the necessary distribution channels, publisher's, advertisement companies, or other companies involved in projects, in order for the campaign to run on as planned.
- Overseeing the design and graphics of marketing materials for errors before it is delivered to respective parties
- Measures Results: Study Analytics & Tweak Advertisement efforts as needed
- Creates reports & analyzes results of all projects
- Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects, such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, in order to inform
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) management of current status of each project.
- Sends Deliverable Request to parties involved
Professional Qualifications
- Proficient in project management software (i.e. Monday.com, Asana, Proofhub, Slack, Strike)
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans with strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- PMP certification preferred.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (4 Year Degree); or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
