Responsibilities:
- Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
- Interact with customers to identify their individual needs and opportunities for new/used vehicle sales
- Answer inbound calls, set appointments, assist customers as necessary
- Daily outbound call campaigns to set appointments for Sales Department (service customers in need of new vehicle, out of warrantee, declination of services, etc.)
- Coordinating appointments via phone, text and email.
- Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales or service lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
- Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
- Complete product and sales/service training as requested by BDC
- Track all activity in the CRM (Customer Relations Management) Tool
- Must be able to prioritize your day and multi-task

Pay range: $40,000-$60,000
