JOB SUMMARY

The Courier II position delivers mail, packages and other items to appropriate office and other departments.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Travels to delivery site on foot or by automobile.
- Receives laboratory specimens and delivers to the laboratory in a timely and safe manner.
- Delivers mail and packages to physician offices. Delivers mail and other packages to mailroom for distribution.
- Receives and distributes supplies as necessary to both laboratory and physician offices.
- Obtains receipts for articles delivered.
- Services vehicles driven, such as checking fluid levels and replenishing fuel.
