King's Seafood Company has continued to see our restaurants get busier and busier, with new restaurant openings on the way and increasing guest counts, we are hiring for our Front Desk / Receptionist.

The Front Desk / Receptionist is a vital role that impacts and supports many departments and functions.  This position requires high energy and a strong ability to multi-task while still being able to complete daily responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:                                         

·         Handles phone calls and office guests in a professional and courteous manner

·         Maintains clean and orderly front office and common areas

·         Ensures mail and supplies to restaurants and outside the company are sent on time

·         Manages timely crew award distribution

·         Organizes, orders and sets up lunch for office crew 2x per week, occasionally drive to pick up

·         Coordinates car washes for office crew

·         Feeding fish in tanks and maintain fish supplies (yes, we have multiple fish tanks and our front desk crewmember is responsible for their daily feeding)

 

Financial

·         Orders and sources best pricing on office supplies

·         Responsible for online gift certificates, fulling orders and weekly reporting of sales

·         Assist in accounts payable mailing, check preparation and filing

·         Crew Award inventory and reporting

·         Ad hoc assignments

 

Skills/Experience:

1.       1 year related experience

2.       Good communication skills, both written and verbal

3.     Moderate to excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products

4.       Ability to Multi-task

5.       Good longevity in current and past positions
