Overview
We are currently seeking two Investment Banking Analysts to join a leading investment banking platform in Houston, Texas, supporting either the Core Infrastructure or Energy Transition team. This is an excellent opportunity for analysts with 1–2 years of experience to deepen their sector exposure and gain hands-on transaction experience across complex, high-impact deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A, project finance, capital raises, and strategic advisory transactions
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance, accretion/dilution)
- Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation work, and industry / market research
- Assist in due diligence processes and data room management
- Coordinate with senior bankers, clients, legal counsel, and other advisors
- Support transaction execution from origination through closing
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of investment banking experience (Infrastructure, Energy, Power, Renewables, Industrials, or related sectors preferred)
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skill set
- Solid understanding of infrastructure assets and/or energy transition themes (power, renewables, midstream, digital infrastructure, energy services, etc.)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
