Qualifications:
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Prior experience in the cleaning industry stripping and waxing floors
- Active participation in a local Christian church community.
- Ability to articulate the gospel and share personal conversion to Christianity.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
- Flexibility to work second shift hours from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
- Oversee and manage cleaning operations in your designated area.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to cleaning staff.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

- Articulate the gospel and share your personal conversion to Christianity when required.
