Veterinary Receptionist

Kingman Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team! We are an AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor hospital serving a variety of animals in the rural community of Kingman, AZ.

Individuals with 1 years of prior veterinary experience and excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time or part-time, Monday-Friday role (10hr shifts) with weekends off.

Requirements:

• 1 years of veterinary experience (mixed animal experience is a plus!)
• Takes pride in being punctual, dependable, and reliable
• Self-starters who take initiative and pay close attention to detail
• Compassionate team players who have excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• Excellent computer/technology skills (we’re paperless!)
• Passion for veterinary medicine

As our next receptionist, you will be critical to our hospital team by establishing a great first impression to clients, providing visitors a warm welcome, and ensuring our day-to-day hospital flow runs smoothly. Those best fit for the role are positive, compassionate, and proactive individuals who love making a difference in the lives of pets and establishing long-term relationships with their owners.

• Client service and communication
• Welcoming and discharging patients

• General front desk duties (email, faxing, filing, etc.)
• Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
