The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Performing day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording. Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits daily. Occupational duties will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of job related experience preferred.
- Ability to operate computers and other office equipment.
- General accounting and bookkeeping experience.
- Knowledgeable in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Bondable.
