What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Gate Attendant position at Kings Lake Estates?
Kings Lake Estates is looking for Front Gate Staff members to ensure proper access to the community. This is not a security position. Duties include answering phone calls and returning phone calls with pertinent information, reporting important information to the site supervisor, verifying IDs, and directing personnel to the correct locations. Evening and Night Shifts will also be responsible for patrolling the grounds to ensure safety compliance and reporting light outages. This is a 24-hour facility. We're currently looking to fill a day position, full-time rotating schedule Monday - Sunday availability from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Work Experience: None, we will train you.
Skills Required: Must be able to communicate effectively. Drivers License.
Education: High School diploma or GED
Other Requirements: Must have a reliable mode of transportation. If selected for evening shift position, you must have your own vehicle and a valid drivers license.
