We are seeking an Accounts Receiveable Specialist at our Headquarters in Atlanta, GA!
This position is responsible for working on accounts receivable, master data maintenance, and process improvements for Kingspan Insulation North America.
Coordination with leadership, sales, and other departments will be required.
Key Duties Include

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
Must have:
- Experience with business computer applications including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills; strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make decisions, exercise judgment, and interface effectively with all levels of staff.
Must be able to:
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
- Work in a team-based environment.
- Set and manage multiple priorities.
- Prioritize day-to-day tasks and long-term department goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to build and foster strong business relationships
- Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed.
Language Skills: Excellent telephone and oral communication skills. Good to excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures by using advanced math skills, applicable to and consistent with an business degree.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism. Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems in a diplomatic manner.
