Summary Description
This position is responsible for working on Accounts Payable, master data maintenance, and process improvements for Kingspan Insulation North America. Coordination with leadership, operations, procurement, and other departments will be required.

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
Must Have
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures by using advanced math skills, applicable to and consistent with an business degree.
Reasoning Skills: Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism. Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems in a diplomatic manner.

Essential Duties

- Performs work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment.
- Manage supplier accounts and invoices.
- Contact suppliers by telephone or email as needed to resolve issues.
- Answer correspondence, telephone calls and acknowledge remittances.
- Access, update, and maintain A/P system and manual records for individual accounts.
- Manage the Goods Received Not Invoiced listing to ensure an accurate representation of uninvoiced receipts.
- Perform periodic supplier statement reconciliations in accordance with the Group Accounting Manual.
- Responsible for preparation of daily, monthly, and year-end reports related to the department.
- Prioritize workload to meet all processing and month end related goals and deadlines.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
Must Have
- Experience with business computer applications including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills; strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to make decisions, exercise judgment, and interface effectively with all levels of staff.
- SAP Experience - Strongly Preferred
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
