Summary
The Universal Banker I is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in accordance with KNB policies and procedures. The UB I will process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy. The UB I will manage a cash drawer/recycler, respond to customer inquiries, and make recommendations on bank products and services.
Essential Functions
- Greets walk-in customers, determines customer needs and directs them to appropriate staff
- Processes daily customer transactions as needed including cashing checks, receiving deposits, issuing withdrawals, and accepting loan payments
- Answers and routes telephone calls, takes messages, provides information and directs calls to appropriate staff members as necessary
- Assists in ATM balancing and processes mail and night drop transactions
- CTR Processing
- Performs other tasks as directed by the Branch Manager
