SERVER
As a Server at Kinya Ramen, you will play am important role in making sure our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive and friendly service to our guests, taking their orders, delivering food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal, while maintaining the restaurant as a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly when they are seated
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system and make sure food and drinks are delivered without delay
- Anticipate guests' needs and accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions
- Handle cash and process guest payments accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old (also offering cashier/hostess position for applicants at least 16 years old, state age in application or interview)
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role preferred, not required
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
