Job Description- Client Relations Analyst
Kirby McInerney is seeking a full-time Client Relations Analyst to start immediately. The Client Relations Analyst will support the firm’s Securities litigation practice.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage monthly reports keeping clients informed about litigation and communications among the firm’s existing institutional investor clients;
- Manage press releases for securities class action lawsuits by drafting and scheduling releases and tracking investor responses;
- Perform intake and initial filtering of potential retail investor client inquiries;
- Facilitate the firm’s marketing efforts by maintaining and editing website content, print material, and other forms of marketing-related content, including posting on social media platforms;
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and proofreading proprietary reports for institutional investor clients, with a focus on accuracy and data quality;
- Assist with the development and implementation of processes and technological systems for addressing large volumes of client interactions; and
- Perform ad hoc research as necessary for potential retail and institutional investor clients.
Qualifications
- B.A. required;
- Graduation date 2024 or earlier;
- 1-3 years of prior experience (business, public relations, and/or marketing preferred);
- Attention to detail and excellent writing skills required (writing samples required);
- Self-motivated and committed to excellence in the workplace with high energy level;
- Strong organizational, team building, and communication skills a plus;
- Genuine interest in the firm’s mission to help shareholders recover money lost due to corporate wrongdoing and taking on a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment; flexibility with overtime; and
- Tech savvy; strong logical thinking and analytical skills preferred; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation: The expected annual base salary for this role ranges from $55,000 - $70,000. Kirby McInerney considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
