Field Service Technician Needed in Lafayette!
In this role at Kirby Risk, you will collect data for predictive maintenance analysis and reporting, along with electro-mechanical troubleshooting, diagnosis, and on-site repair. Some of the specific duties include vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, and infrared thermography. Our experienced technicians provide on-the-job training.
Primary criteria for this role:
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade School coursework, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- A strong desire to continually learn predictive maintenance techniques
- Experience with mechanical and/or electrical machinery is recommended
Our technicians are some of the most skilled when it comes to the challenge of testing, troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing electrical and mechanical apparatus.
