GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Lead Data Coordinator is responsible for entering and verifying confidential data in multiple systems acting as the link between source information and computer data. The incumbent reports directly to the Intake Manager and acts under his or her direction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIS and RESPONSIBILITIES*:
Enter confidential data, including reports, using an established procedure/program
- Maintain/update data entry numbers’ spreadsheet
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information
- Secure information by completing data base backups
- Combine data from multiple systems
- Download reports
- Send out morning numbers
Oversee data department tasks; ensure tasks are completed
Monitor Bulk folder and ensure duplicates are not present
- Upload prints and entered bulk files onto share drive and ensure all staff do the same
Print Akron/Summit Red Bag routes
- Route and assemble red bags
- Red Bag Service invoice itemization
- Responsible for handling angry Red Bag phone calls
Maintain print deadlines
Mail media mailers
- Assemble video mailer envelopes
- Send out dog bite mailers
- Send test mailers
Locate reports for attorneys
Correspond regarding issues with receipt of reports
Monitor websites/search for new sites
Assist with direct returns
Inform Intake Manager broken equipment, etc.
Report needed changes to policies, procedures, and/or up
Coordinate inventory of outer office Data supplies and co irector of operations.
Back up to phones as needed to maintain low hold times.
Regular, consistent, punctual attendance
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Type a minimum of 75 wpm with high accuracy
- Previous data entry experience is preferred
- Strong working knowledge and high proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be able to work independently
- Self-starter, quick-learner able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Solid organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and exercise good judgment
- Must work well in a team atmosphere
- Ability to lift a minimum of twenty pounds
