Our Client’s cloud-based platform leverages AI to provide personalized recommendations and logistics for care coordination to break down barriers between people and critical healthcare support. Recently raised $20MM Series A funding from top investors and led by experienced, mission-driven, and innovative executive team.
As CTO, you'll shape the technology and product vision behind a nationally scaled platform already making a measurable impact to millions of people, both in K-12 schools and communities. This is your chance to lead breakthrough innovation while building systems that genuinely transform lives.

Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap
- Build and inspire a world-class engineering organization

Technical Excellence
- Partner with Product, AI, and Data teams to deliver new, cutting-edge capabilities
- Architect systems for security, compliance, and reliability at scale
- Integrate advanced AI for personalized experiences and proactive interventions
Mission Impact
- Ensure technology easily serves the users (children and families) by connecting people with life-changing support
- Navigate complex healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements
- Lead through a pivotal growth phase with mission-aligned investors
What You Bring (Required and Preferred Experience):
Team Leadership Experience
- Senior technology leadership role (CTO or equivalent) with proven scaling successful teams and overseeing digital transformation and rearchitecting activities (monolith to microservices / SOA)
- Track record building and leading high-performance engineering teams
- Deep expertise in influencing product priorities based on opportunity costs, timelines, and work closely with product teams to execute
Technical Depth
- Industry experience in HealthTech, Healthcare Coordination and scheduling, Supply Chain / Logistics, Medical SaaS, or similar regulated SaaS experience required
- Mastery of cloud infrastructure, modern deployment, and security frameworks
- Bonus: Interoperability standards knowledge (HL7/FHIR) or EHR experience
