Responsibilities
- Ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the kitchen
- Ensure presentation of food as correct before delivering to table
- Checks dishes for accuracy and presentation
- Ensure that plates move from kitchen to table in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an expeditor
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
