Job Description Summary:

We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to lead the development of our Fashion Nail products.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing current market trends, managing vendor relationships, and driving the creation and enhancement of our product lines.
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from gathering and prioritizing customer requirements to defining the product vision and collaborating with vendors to ensure successful product delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire team members, and a passion for delivering high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Job Description:

• Develop new products in the Fashion Nail category and manage their projects.
• Develop new product positioning strategy to differentiate against competing products in the target segment.
• Monitor POS sales data and manage product life cycles, as well as modifying marketing mix per market demand (price, promotion, distribution channel)
• Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation
• Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for product development
• Lead cross-functional team projects with such teams as Global Marketing, Creative, and Sales to provide product info, marketing strategy, design ideas and sales solutions
• Provide support for marketing collateral, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, trade shows and other promotional activities
• Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions
• Conduct product training to Sales team
• Present new product ideas and launching strategies
• Responsible to source suppliers and communicate technical development with R&D teams
• Manage new product inquiries to manufacturers

The anticipated compensation range is

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
