Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description Summary

As Assistant Trade Marketing Manager, you will work as part of the KISS Sales Division supporting the Trade Marketing Managers with the planning and execution of omnichannel nail and lash retail marketing strategic initiatives, analysis of outcomes, and the implementation and management of events and activations for national key retail partners such as Walmart, Target, CVS and ULTA.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Work alongside Trade Marketing Managers to plan and execute all on and offline retail marketing plans for key accounts to ensure nail and lash new launches and assortments receive the proper support.
• Partner with internal digital content teams, outside agencies and influencers, to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Support the execution of consumer and retailer PR and education events.
• Develop cross functional relationships to ensure all deliverables are aligned with product launches, retailer timelines and national brand strategies.
• Provide Sales Team support for retailer specific requests (i.e. display and product comps, samples, product images, mailings, and miscellaneous requests.)
• Present activity recaps and status report to Trade Marketing Managers and leadership on a regular basis.
• Report to Trade Marketing Manager on Nail and Lash.
• Help create and format PowerPoint presentations for internal use and retailer meetings.
• Expand knowledge on industry trends and provide impactful insights to Trade Marketing and Sales leadership.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, organized and collaborative with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills are a must with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Marketing major required.
• 2 years marketing experience – consumer packaged goods background or mass market beauty brand experience preferred.
• Creative, social & digital media experience is ideal. Passion for the beauty industry is a plus!
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Prior brand marketing/ trade marketing experience preferred.
• Outstanding computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)

The anticipated compensation range is

22.75 - 44.50 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
