The Customer Support Representative is responsible for establishing trusting customer relationships and provides support to pre-assigned key accounts for the full order to cash cycle.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide account management support to pre-assigned key accounts.
  • Secures orders and generates sales of products and services.
  • Work with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Champion the customer experience for the full order to cash cycle.
  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accuracy for shipping and billing.
  • Execute proactive techniques to keep customers engaged.
  • Partner with the outbound sales team on complex opportunities.
  • Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly.
  • Proactively manage order delays, back orders and any other order related issues.
  • Collaborate with Operations for special requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • The ability to effectively set and manage multiple priorities as well as strong time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; good listener, excellent follow-up. and follow through and willing to support and help others.
  • Diligent, efficient, motivated, extremely well organized and proactive
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Analytical mindset when facing complex issues.

Required Experience

  • 1 to 3 successful years in a customer facing role
