Job Summary:
Work for a world class kitchen operation serving baseball teams! This position will be responsible for the presentation, cleanliness, and client experience of the performance food service operation for the Cincinnati Reds baseball team.
**Starting at $17/hour**
**Hiring full-time and seasonal**
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide "Best in Class" hospitality for our high-profile client, including excellent manners and interpersonal skills
- Manage an exceptional visual presentation and cleanliness in food service area
- Sweep, mop, scrub as needed, as well as clean floors, shelves, surfaces, equipment, etc.
- Check and refill all supplies that clients use daily
- Assist kitchen and BOH as needed, this may include prep work and dishwashing
- Communicate all needs through the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
- Ensure dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Cover and date food when storing to ensure freshness and safety
- Ensure hot food temperatures are within safe range and records temps
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years customer service experience preferred
- Excellent hospitality skills, professional demeanor, and a service-first attitude
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate client needs and fulfill them
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices, and culinary skills
Ideal Candidates:
- Looking for morning to afternoon shifts
- A working knowledge of baseball
- Understand nutrition and performance based food
Work Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check and must be willing to submit to a drug screen
- Ability to work non-standard work week, including early mornings, weekends (we have no night shifts!!)
- Able to commute to and from Goodyear, AZ
- Food Handlers certification
- Full time, part time and seasonal roles available
