POSITION SUMMARY
As the Salesforce Administrator, we are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.- Responsible for all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
- Responsible for proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Work with our management team to create a platform roadmap and establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
- Use data to evaluate and improve Salesforce data quality, system integrity and utilization of Salesforce features.
- Build in proper release planning and sandbox management processes.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization, including the creation of technical documentation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience, strongly preferred.- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Salesforce Service and/or Sales Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator required or obtained within three months.
- Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, preferred.
- ITIL v4 certification required or obtained within six months.
SUPERVISORY STATUS
This position does not supervise others.
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field
