KiZAN Technologies has an immediate need for an exceptional individual to join our community as an Account Executive The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, is a true team player with a commitment to success, has thought leadership skills and will be able to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Quota bearing hunter role, targeting (SMC) small and medium corporations
- Self-starter consultative sales mentality; delivering in depth KiZAN offerings
- Establish, build and expand relationships with existing and potential customers at multiple levels in the client organization.
- Develop and leverage relationships with all of Microsoft and additional partner representatives in your assigned territory.
- Evangelize the entire suite of KiZAN service offerings to existing customers and prospects.
- Identify and discover customer needs and create appropriate solutions utilizing the entire KiZAN cross functional team.
- Revenue attainment should support the gross profit sales quota.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Coordinate KiZAN and Partner resources and create Raving Fans by providing unmatched customer service through the project life cycle.
- Ability to travel at least 25%, including overnight travel.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Experience and Skills Required:
- 4-year degree and/or 5 years selling experience in the IT space (Familiarity with Microsoft and Managed Services is desirable)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Solid understanding and successful history deploying a high activity-based model
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skill set
- Experience with leveraging multiple Partners as an extension of the KiZAN Team
- Superior track record in previous sales positions in a multi-service organization
- Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently/self-reliant and show initiative with minimum supervision
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and apply appropriately to business situations
- Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team atmosphere
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
- Ability to work under pressure; meet strict deadlines
- Ability to listen effectively and seek clarification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Must be able to effectively and comfortably communicate with all types of individuals from the customer technical expert to the customer executive management.
