Job Summary
The International Operations Coordinator will be the primary liaison for daily operational communications with international distributors, effectively triaging inquiries, addressing operational needs, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure seamless support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onboard new markets on all operational processes (done for signed SP/SU 25 go-live markets; to be done anew each season for newly signed markets)
- Setup initial processes and document them for distributors to place orders (done) and refine (ongoing)
- Oversee ongoing order management (seasonal)
- Liaise with global Supply Chain team and factories’ persons-of-contact to make sure critical local requirements (labelling, importation documentation, etc) and global requirements (factory MOQs, carryover adoption, etc) are captured in the order management process/system
- Liaise with factories’ persons-of-contact to ensure factories’ shipments set up and delivered on time
- Lead sample ordering process with distributors and global Product team for all international markets –documenting, tracking progress and following up with all stakeholders
- Prepare order confirmations and all invoices, liaising with distributors
- Establish and maintain letters of credit from distributors
- NuOrder management (seasonal)
- Onboard new distributors on the platform and support adoption
- Review order process and clarify with distributors when needed
- Coordinate GTSM organization for international partners
- Own sample process & coordination for International
- Creates and updates dashboards to provide visibility into distributor performance, sales trends, and key metrics, enabling the team to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Support on ad-hoc Marketing, eCommerce, Retail tasks if required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical and organizational management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Windows software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication and demonstrated effective cross-cultural communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead the footwear order planning activities.
Education/ Experience
- Experience managing and analyzing financial P&L statements preferred.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Some experience or knowledge in strategic planning preferred.
Working Conditions:
- 20% travel
