Klüber Lubrication NA LP
Kluber is looking for a driven, self-motivated, team-player who will support the movement of raw materials from the Warehouse and into the Production area. You will play a critical role in our team’s objective to supply our Production Team with the necessary materials to produce batches of high-quality lubricants. This process is planned out weekly based on a schedule to support our customer’s lubrication needs. The job requires picking, weighing out and systemically scanning additives before being transferred to Production for the end manufacturing process. Kitting Associate
Responsibilities
- Support the flow of material to and from the raw material warehouse.
- Coordination of materials with our production schedule to meet production deadlines.
- Systemically printing and fulfilling Transfer Orders (Picklists) and associated Labels.
- Moving pallets of material into and out of warehouse bays.
- Assist with identifying and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Responsible for the unloading of tankers in collaboration with lab personnel.
- Overall general tidiness and cleanliness of warehouse.
- Assist in Cycle Counting Activities to ensure balance accuracy.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Processing of unused materials back into inventory post-production.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25kg.
- Strong Communication skills
- At least two years of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
- Previous working experience with an ERP or internal database. Experience with RF scanning a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Forklift experience, highly preferred.
- Previous experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and FedEx and UPS shipping software preferred.
