Account Executive, Mid-Market @ Klaviyo!

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be a core part of our high-performing sales team, owning the entire sales cycle and working with some of the most well-known and innovative brands in the world, including Steve Madden, Marc Jacobs, Walmart Home Brands, Taylormade Golf, Citizen Watches, and more.
This is a strategic role focused on closing high-value deals within a well-supported, fast-growing sales motion. With strong product-market fit, technical support, and cross-functional alignment, you’ll have the resources and runway to thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial qualification to close — within Klaviyo’s mid-market and enterprise customer base
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers across marketing, ecommerce, and IT teams
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Strategic Solutions Architects to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Develop a long-term strategy for your pipeline while maintaining a disciplined and consistent approach to deal execution
- Contribute to the growth of the upmarket sales team by sharing best practices and supporting team initiatives
What You Bring
- 5-6 years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally in MarTech or ecommerce
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity about the marketing technology ecosystem
- Proven ability to navigate competitive, strategic accounts and deliver consistent results
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work from one of our hub offices in Boston, Denver, or San Francisco three days per week
