Responsibilities

 

AI Strategy and Solution Design

 

-       Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives and pain points and translate them into AI-driven strategies and solutions.

-       Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and deployment.

-       Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.

 

Technical Leadership

-       Provide technical expertise and guidance to our AI development team, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.

-       Lead by example and promote best practices in AI development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability of AI systems.

-       Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the AI team.

 

Model Development and Evaluation

-       Oversee the development and evaluation of machine learning models to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance.

-       Implement robust testing and validation procedures to identify and address potential issues early in the development process.

 

Infrastructure and Deployment

-       Collaborate with our DevOps and IT teams to design and maintain scalable AI infrastructure for efficient model training, testing, and deployment.

-       Ensure smooth integration of AI models into production systems and monitor their performance in real-world scenarios.

 

Data Governance and Ethics

-       Champion data governance and privacy best practices to ensure ethical and responsible AI development.

-       Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate potential legal and ethical implications related to AI projects.

 

Job Requirements

 

-       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

-       Proven track record (10 years) in designing and delivering AI-powered solutions in building at-scale, AI & ML products that drive customer and business value.

-       In-depth knowledge of various AI and machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision and reinforcement learning.

-       Proficiency in programming languages like Python, or Java, and experience with popular AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

-       Excellent knowledge and good practical skills in major ML algorithms as applied to Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.

-       Practical experience with deep learning projects

-       Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI-related services.

-       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative AI solutions.

-       Previous experience in supply chain and logistics preferred.

-       Outstanding communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

-       A portfolio of successful AI projects or publications in reputable conferences/journals is highly desirable.
