Our growing West Coast Manufacturer’s rep company is seeking an enthusiastic inside sales person to promote products and provide support to plumbing trade partners from our Kent, WA office.

Greet, assist, and help contractors and wholesaler customers who call or come in looking for plumbing products.
Answer phones, quote pricing, process orders, data entry, follow up on issues, greet will calls, pull orders and operate forklift as needed. Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs. Prepare shipping documents.
Communicate with our outside sales team about prospects you encounter.

Qualifications include:
- Inside sales experience
- Comfort in talking to people
- Listen effectively to understand customer needs
- Attention to detail for order entry
- Work independently and with team members
- Cheerful, positive attitude
- Clean DMV record
Preferred qualifications:
- Plumbing knowledge or mechanical aptitude
- Construction industry or wholesale experience
- Comfortable in Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
- We prefer our team to be vaccinated.
- Willingness to become forklift certified
