The Opportunity
We’re now hiring for our Weekend Sanitation team at Kenny’s Candy & Confections.
Your Responsibilities
- Follow weekly and daily sanitation schedule
- Complete required sanitation checklists
- Turn all required paperwork in to Production Supervisor after ensuring it is complete and accurate
- Inspect all equipment for preventive maintenance
- Clean and perform maintenance on equipment as needed
- Mix and test chemicals to proper concentrations
- Properly store equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Maintain inventory of cleaning tools and chemicals and inform supervisor when items need to be ordered
Qualifications
- Experience or training up to 1 month or more
- Self-motivation
- Learning, memorizing and executing a sequence of procedures
- Good hand – eye coordination
- Willing and able to get along with others
- Good judgment and reasoning abilities
- Lift up to 50lbs, continuous walking and standing
