KMG Prestige is seeking a Community Manager in Spring Lake, Whitehall, Cascade and Hastings, MI who is goal-oriented, enjoys new challenges, and has a passion for property management. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and maintaining a positive attitude. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.
This role is split amongst multiple properties and will require travel.
