Freight Broker / Sales Representative

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Occasional work-from-home days
About Us:
Bottom Line Brokerage Ltd., part of KMX International, is an asset-based 3PL specializing in flatbed, oversize, and container freight. We’re looking for a motivated Freight Broker / Sales Representative to help grow our business and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and develop new shipper relationships
- Negotiate rates and secure carriers for loads
- Manage freight movements and provide excellent customer service
- Drive sales growth and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with logistics planning for multi-step projects
- Prepare accurate freight quotes for customers
- Introduce customers to additional services when appropriate (see our website for details)
- Work with our TMS and CRM to manage shipments and customer relationships
- Experience with cross-border and sea freight is a plus
Compensation:
- Base Salary Commission (competitive structure)
Qualifications:
- Experience in flatbed, oversize, or container freight is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Local candidates preferred
