- Recognize and set priorities regarding staffing and production schedules
- Use Lean tools to run and improve business
- Responsible for cross-training employees throughout the facility
- Ensure process discipline through concepts including Stand Work, Training Coaching and 5S
- Create a culture of Continuous Improvement
- Ensure each employee has a clear understanding of their job duties and responsibilities and can perform all assigned tasks at expected performance levels
What You Will Bring:
- 3 years of experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to mentor, facilitate and lead problem solving
- Intermediate skills in Micro Soft Office (word & Excel)
