We're looking for a congenial and detailed-oriented office administrator who enjoys a busy office environment! The best applicants will be energetic, have great computer skills with Excel, and thrive in a very busy environment. You'll work alongside 3-4 other coworkers, including our general manager and office manager, in the office at our headquarters in Xenia. Responsibilities:
- Manages daily accounting for 6 retails locations.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

Training:
- All training is provided. No experience in the pool industry is necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Mircrosoft Excel.
- Terrific grammer.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Ability to be extremely organized with paper and computer files.
- Excellent math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean criminal record.
- Applicant must live within 15 miles of our Xenia location.

- Our office culture is very team oriented! Job duties can be fluid as we help each other in an oftentimes face-paced and busy environment. We do monthly carry ins and enjoy chatting with each other about our weekend activities. We have a wide array of personalities here which requires us to be patient and understanding when things get busy.

Work Schedule
- Full time.
- Monday-Friday. The office's business hours are 8am-4pm.
- Flexible hours.
- Position is year-round.
- Time off during May-July is very limited as this is our busy season.
- Closed on Christmas, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving.
- Pay is biweekly.
