Position: Gaming Associate
Location: Rancho Cordova
Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour (Additional $2/hour for late-night shifts)
Sign-On Bonus: Receive $1,000 bonus after reaching 120 days of employment with the company!
Shifts: Swing and Late Swing
Training Schedule: Weekdays, 12 pm - 8 pm
\n- Engaging in live card table games
- Supervising and enforcing game rules to ensure fair play
- Accurately disbursing payouts and managing casino chips
- Upholding the integrity and accuracy of each game
- Reporting any unusual or suspicious activities
- Delivering exceptional customer service to create a vibrant gaming environment
- In-depth Training: No prior experience needed. Comprehensive training will prepare you for success.

- Must be a minimum of 21 years old
- Able to pass a lifetime criminal background check for state licensure (costs covered by us)
- Physical ability to sit or stand for extended durations
- Exceptional visual acuity: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Proficiency in mental math for rapid calculations
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Adherence to attendance and dress code policies
