Purpose
The role of the Guest Service Driver is to provide guests the best service through transportation and prove a resource throughout a guests stay.
The Primary Functions are:
- Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor when greeting and interacting with guests
- Assist with the guest check-in/checkout process with The Resort by reviewing guest’s itinerary, assisting with Paws Up app questions and in general assisting guests in their needs
- Pick-up/drop-off guests from the airport, their accommodations and various locations on property
- Transport guests to and from scheduled activities, spa treatments, dining outlets and flights, ensuring that transportation is always timely
- Drive and operate gasoline or diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles to transport guests safely
Looking for Team Members with:
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service- hospitality preferred.
- Ability to operate gasoline or diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles
- A friendly and professional manner under periods of high demands and with guests, team members and management
- Valid driver’s license with ability to meet company auto insurance policy requirements
