Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This role is responsible for preparing accurate documentation for commercial and residential real estate closings and managing parties' expectations through timely and professional communication with staff, agents, clients, and lenders.
· Manage phone calls, voice mail, email, calendars, contact information, tasks, or similar communication activities utilizing systems such as Outlook and SoftPro.
· Draft, revise, and proofread documents and communication related to real estate transactions.
· Follows the policies and procedures established by management.
Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some college is beneficial.
· 2 years of commercial real estate experience.
· SoftPro experience a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
