Overview:
• High profile position within a growing team in an established Fortune 500 company. Partner with regional finance business units to define scalable technology solutions to planning business processes by collecting and translating business needs into requirements for the IT division. Client will sponsor.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with regional finance business units to define scalable technology solutions to planning business processes
• Identify root cause analysis for process issues and devise / discuss / implement remediation plans that resolve issues
• Define planning application controls and participate in the approval of changes (e.g. to chart of accounts, etc.)
• Partner with IT to schedule deployment of Planning and Essbase outline changes
• Serve as subject matter expert and power user for Hyperion Planning and Essbase,
• Serve as primary liaison between Accounting, Finance & IT
• Develop and deliver end-user training & materials
• Develop performance reports
• Demonstrate an understanding of BSO (block storage option) and ASO (aggregate storage option) concepts
• Assist in development of Planning web forms, HFR reports, and outline design
• Assist in resolution of system related issues
