What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Senior Compensation Analyst position at KNM Resources?
Manages and supports the company’s base pay program and related polices and the annual incentive pay compensation process.
• Reviews, analyzes and evaluates new or revised positions, using a web based market pricing platform, determines grades and salary ranges, and prepares documentation records of the analysis.
• Manages company’s competitive compensation library of pay and practice surveys along with analyzes and reporting of survey results.
• Establishes salary structures, develops salary budgets, and supports communication of compensation policies and programs.
• Works with relationship management teams to provide assistance and/or solutions to compensation problems facing the organization or clients.
• Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies.
• May act as a project lead or key contributor on various compensation and other related projects such as: the annual merit process, incentive and equity awards administration, executive compensation benchmarking and proxy analysis including the updating of the Compensation Discussion and Analysis portion of the proxy.
• May serve as the subject matter expert, representing compensation on other key projects within the organization.
