What We Expect from You:
- Collaboration: You will work closely with our project managers, teams, and clients to assist in managing project tasks and deadlines.
- Project Coordination: You will be responsible for tracking project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and updating project documentation.
- Problem Solving: Expect to help identify potential roadblocks in project timelines and propose solutions.
- Communication: Assist with regular communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on project progress.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights. Help prepare reports and presentations for team meetings.
- Learning & Growth: Participate in project planning and strategy sessions. You'll learn the tools and techniques used in effective project management.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to be in Goodhue, MN location 5 days per week.
- Willing to travel to out-of-town projects if necessary.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs.
