PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensure exceptional guest service & satisfaction

· Mix & serve high-quality craft cocktails

· Educate guests on our craft spirits, cocktails & food menu

· Exhibit an efficient & customer-centric attitude

· Participate in bar prep including but not limited to:

• Making syrups
• Making infusions
• Maintaining par levels
• Generalized bar cleaning

· Assist with creating innovative drinks for a seasonally changing cocktail menu

· Assist with the presentation of craft cocktail classes for the public

· Resolve guest complaints & anticipate, address & satisfy guests’ needs (with management support)

· Follow food safety standards & company procedures

· Maintain a safe & clean environment

· Additional duties at the direction of Bar & General Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

· 1 years of bartending experience

· 18 years old

· Craft beverage/cocktail experience preferred

· Bartender’s license (or willingness to obtain)

· Positive attitude, enthusiasm & passion for hospitality

· Self-starter with a ‘can-do’ work ethic

· Evening & weekend availability

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
