About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator for the support, build out, and maintenance of our server and network infrastructure. You will be part of an interdisciplinary collaborative team of IT specialists, working closely together daily.
This position is based in our NYC office and is expected to be in the office 5 days per week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Managing Windows Active Directory Users, DNS, GPO
- Azure AD administration
- Linux Server Administration (Ubuntu, Centos)
- Supporting our NAS and Shared Storage Resources (Isilon, Promax, TrueNAS, Synology)
- Maintaining turnkey editing stations utilizing Teradici/ PCoIP for remote session
- Managing VLAN infrastructure and switch management (Arista, Cisco 2960, HP)
- Manage Meraki Wifi and Cameras
- Managing VMware Vsphere Clusters
- Provide support for cloud resources (Azure, AWS EC2, AWS Route 53 DNS)
- Solid working knowledge of scanning and threat detection technologies such as Endpoint Detection and Response, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), VM scanners, and related security and asset tools
- Maintain and monitor Veeam daily backups and restores when needed
- Troubleshooting creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, AVID Media Composer)
- Installing and troubleshooting various creative plugins (Red Giant Suite, RSMB Pro)
- MAC OS X and Windows 10 desktop support
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE
- We expect excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be collaborating closely with a team of interdisciplinary specialists
- The ability to quickly assess and communicate technical issues to the rest of the team and execute solutions quickly and efficiently
- Provide escalated support for our Macintosh and Windows desktop users
- The candidate will work closely with the Director of Infrastructure to maintain and provide support
- Low Voltage experience
- AV conference equipment experience

The base salary for this position is $90K-$100K.
This range is posted in compliance with state and municipal Pay Transparency laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to receive additional Known benefits.
